2nd Grade has been learning & reading about Fairy Tales & Tall Tales! ✨ One of our stories being Paul Bunyan. So of course we had to have a Flapjacks & Flannels Day! We loved enjoying pancakes and spending time together this morning! 🥞🐂

HHS Multimedia is super excited to present the 2024-2025 Cub yearbook: "Hear the Year"!

We hope you all enjoy this publication, which my yearbook students last year worked so diligently on. Each person who had a hand in this made this publication so special! I need to also give a special shoutout to last year's editor-in-chief, Sophia Barlow, for all her hard work on this yearbook.

HES HELP meeting will be tomorrow, Sept. 2nd, at 5:30 in the elementary school library. We would love for you to join us as we plan fundraisers and activities for the 25-26 school year. We will also elect new officers for the year.

Community Health Center will be coming the week of September 22nd to give out our annual free dental screenings. Each student will have their teeth looked at. If you would like your child to receive treatment such as a cleaning or fluoride treatment etc., please fill out the consent form that was sent home last week. If you do not want your child to have treatment, you do not need to return the form, they will only be looked at. Please call your student's building and speak with health staff for any questions.

Humboldt Elementary School is excited to host an Open House for our current students and families on Wednesday, September 3rd. Families are welcome to come and go any time between 4:00 and 5:30.

More PreK!

As part of our remodel efforts our PreK playground moved and got an upgrade! It also allowed us to add 2 sections of preschool. This playground will have 60+ kids enjoying it each day!

If you have some toys that are just cluttering up your space, we would love to help them find new friends at our daycare.

We're Excited to have 3 Operation Orange 🧡 winners today. These individuals saw peers in need and were very KIND indeed

HMS had a great Orientation Day! Our students kicked things off with a fun and friendly Head, Shoulders, Knees, and Feet activity in the gym.Lots of laughter, teamwork, and smiles all around! Excited to see all 6th-8th graders tomorrow 🧡
