Students in Culinary Arts 1 made Fruit Salad with Lemon Ricotta Mousse. They practiced properly cutting fruit including a whole pineapple, a mango and a kiwi. They also used a somewhat unfamiliar tool, the microplane, to zest a lemon.

Good morning. We are currently aware of continued posts regarding school violence being circulated nationally. Law enforcement has investigated and believe at this time they originated out of state and do not pose a local threat. We take all concerns of this nature very seriously and will continue to have a higher sense of security in our buildings and will be making some adjustments to internal procedures. We will continue to work with law enforcement and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the safety of students and staff.
