Welcome to Humboldt's Computer Applications web page. Computer Applications
is required for a semester
at each grade level in the middle school. There is a full year course that
is required at the high school level.
Most of the classes are taken in our
Macintosh lab in the technology building room #143. This room
is also used for the computer graphics courses for the high school. It
is our intention for
all students to be literate on computers. After finishing all the required
computer courses the students
should be able to effectively use Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft
PowerPoint, File maker Pro, and Dreamweaver.
The students will also get a
brief review on Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop to give them an
idea of what they
can do in computer graphics, and the publishing courses.
