Off-season

In the off-season we do stuff to stay in shape.

Such things are blackshirts, weightlifting, and other sports.

 

Blackshirts

Blackshirts are when you get up at 5:00 AM and be at the school and ready by 6:00

In blackshirts you work on endurance, speed, and how far you can push one's body.

 

Weightlifting

In weightlifting you must either have a class or get up before school and lift.

You must lift everyday that you have school, be at school by 7 to lift.

When you get in the weight room, you go and get a sheet of paper, this are your workout.

They'll have stuff on them such as bench, squat, incline, deadlift, and clean.

Of course we don't do all 5 of these on the same day, the coaches take the time out of there day and make different sheets.

That way we can lift and not worry about burning out.

Other Sports

You can also play other sports to stay in shape.

I play baseball, but there is also golf, and track.
