Medications Policy

It is USD 258's mission to provide medication needed at school in a safe, structured manner. To do this, we need parents and guardians help by providing us with the proper paper work and keeping us up to date. Please click on the link according to which type of medication your child will need at school (prescription or over the counter (OTC) medication) to find specific guidelines and forms that need to be filled out by the physician and/or parent or guardian.

Note: Over the counter medication is not given by school staff at the Elementary School. If your child will need this kind of medication, you must make arrangements to come in and give it yourself.
