John Johnson

I graduated in December 1990 with a BS ED. and a major in History from Pittsburg State University.  I have taught high school and middle school for 15 years. In December of 2009, I completed a Masters degree in Educational Leadership.  I have been working in Humboldt as the High School Principal since 2012.

On a personal note:  At the college level, I competed in Rodeo.  I was the runner up calf roper in the Great Plains region 1987 and finished fifth at the College National Finals Rodeo.  In high school, I competed in Football, Basketball, Track, and Rodeo.  I was an all league running back and hurdler.  Other coaching strengths include: coaching football, basketball, track, and weights plus two years of owning/managing gym.  In 2014, I won the Over 40 Calf Roping in the United Rodeo Association.
