Terry Meadows

Mr. Meadows graduated from Iola High School in 1997, Kansas State University in 2006 with a Bachelors of Science in Music Education, and Pittsburg State University in 2014 with a Masters of Science in Educational Leadership. I began my teaching career in Humboldt as the K-5 general Music Education teacher where I taught for one year. The next year I transferred to the middle school/high school and taught 6-12 vocal and Instrumental music. For the past 9 years I have combined both jobs and am now the K-12 Director of Music. I have been the middle school volleyball coach for 8 years. My wife Shelly and I have two kids, Thane and Lakyn. We enjoy camping and attending sporting events, especially K-State football and basketball games as well as Kansas City Royals baseball games.

  • Choir performs at concerts, music festivals, community events, and competitions during the school year. Members of this choir are expected to assume the necessary self-discipline and responsibilities that contribute to the success of the group.
  • Band at Humboldt High School is open to all wind and percussion students. All band students enrolled in Band will participate in the Marching Band during the Fall semester and the Pep Band and Concert Band in the Fall and Spring Semesters.
