I plan to attend college and major in athletic training or physical therapy. In 10 years, I see myself graduated from college and moving up in the profession I choose to pursue and married. My favorite high school memory was when we were playing Altoona-Midway in basketball in the second round of Sub-State. We had been winning the whole game when they came back and were down by one with 20 seconds left. They go down, shoot a three, miss, get the rebound, and then I blocked their final chance to win the game. | ![]() |
After graduation, I plan to go to college and follow a career of my choice. My advice to underclassmen is to stay in school and graduate. Don’t mess around and just get your work done. My favorite high school memories are all the times I hung out with my friends. |

My plans after high school include attending Independence Community College to play football and get a degree in orthopedics or psychiatry. My biggest influences during high school are the guys, D.J., my parents, and my brother. Everybody influences me in different ways because you can learn a lot about the world and how people feel just by listening. My advice for underclassmen is to follow your dreams and chase the Lord with all your heart. Don’t worry about the little things because they will pass and later on in life you will laugh at yourself for being stupid. |

My plans are to attend ACCC for one year and then transfer to K-State and major in nutrition and exercise. My favorite high school memory is when we had a bonfire out at Mallory’s house and Chas was throwing the trash from the fireworks in the fire and some of them hadn’t all gone off so they shot at us and knocked Adam backwards off his hay bale and caught the bale on fire. My biggest influence during high school was my dad because he taught me how to be brave and showed me how to be strong when life doesn’t deal you a fair card. My advice to underclassmen is to always be true to what you believe in and don’t let anyone change you. | ![]() |
I plan on graduating from ACCC in the spring of 2008 with an A.S. and then go on to Labette for a degree in radiology. As captain, Angie rowed the boat in circles. Kellee got bit by the mouse she saved. My advice to underclassmen is don’t sweat the small stuff and stay close to your family. I plan to attend Allen County for one year and then transfer to Pitt State to major in mass communications with an emphasis in advertising and also taking business management and interior design classes. My favorite high school memory would be any of the trips to Oklahoma. The trip to where we were going was always half the fun. Once, we were going to a concert in Okie about four hours away and my car broke down not even a mile from my house. This was the trip in which Michele, Emily, Mallory, and I encountered our first pickle bar. Their prices were great; they gave us a sweet dill (deal, haha). But seriously, there really are pickle bars in Oklahoma. Everyone told me to cherish the time with my classmates because these four years fly by so fast. Unfortunately, I never took it to heart and could not wait to be a senior. Now at the end of school, I am realizing how lost I’m going to be. I have gone to school with these people for 12 years and this is the last time we’ll be together. | ![]() |
My plans after high school include going to college and starting a family. My favorite high school memory is winning League in football for the first time in 38 years. I felt so honored to be a member of the only Scholars’ Bowl team from HHS to go national. High school has taught me to work hard and stay focused, to be myself, to live every day to the fullest, and to appreciate every struggle God has given me. | ![]() |
